Founded by our parent company Baoji Qinhao in 2005 and officially established and put into operation in 2008, we have over 20 years of experience in titanium material production and processing. We are capable of providing comprehensive production solutions to our customers. From raw materials to finished products, every step of our process is stable and well-controlled.

Our company is capable of stably supplying titanium and titanium alloy products - including sheets, bars, tubes, wires, forgings, and standard fasteners - as well as non-ferrous metal products in nickel, molybdenum, zirconium, and other materials. We possess comprehensive processing capabilities encompassing forging, rolling, precision machining, and surface treatment, enabling us to flexibly meet both standard parts and customized product requirements.

1. In-House Quality Inspection Throughout the Entire Process

Our company maintains an independent and rigorous internal quality inspection system. From raw material incoming verification upon arrival, to in-process inspection during production, and final inspection of finished products, every batch undergoes multiple internal quality checks to ensure reliable quality.

2. Pre-Shipment Final Inspection

Upon completion of each production batch, our quality inspectors conduct thorough examinations to ensure dimensional tolerances (precision conforming to drawings or applicable standards), surface quality (checking for cracks, scratches, oxidation, folds, and other defects), and material consistency.

3. Advanced Testing Equipment

We are equipped with precision analytical instruments such as spectrometers to perform accurate quantitative analysis of chemical composition, ensuring correct material grades and elemental content compliant with standards (e.g., GB/T, ASTM, etc.).

4. Third-Party Accredited Testing Support

Upon customer request, we can provide material certificates and comprehensive test reports in compliance with international standards.
