Advantages of Titanium Workpiece
Resistance to corrosion: When exposed to air, a thin layer of oxide forms on the surface of titanium. This layer is very difficult for most materials to penetrate. Production Process of Titanium Workpiece
Titanium material is hard, commonly used cutting methods such as turning, milling, drilling and so on. In the cutting process, be sure to use sharp cutting tools, and pay attention to avoid excessive temperature caused by cutting tools become acid black, sharp and deformation.
After cutting processing, it is usually necessary to grind and polish the surface to improve the finish and appearance quality. Titanium materials have good polishing properties, often using grinding wheels, sandpaper, abrasive solution and other tools for grinding and polishing.
Titanium materials can be welded by tig welding, arc welding, laser welding and other methods.
