1.Product features
1.1 Perfect combination of high strength and low density
The most attractive feature of GR12 alloy is its excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Compared to steel, titanium alloys are much less dense, about 60% of steel. Its strength, however, approaches or exceeds that of some high-strength steels. This property makes GR12 an ideal material for aerospace and military applications, especially where weight reduction is required while ensuring high strength.
1.2 Good fatigue resistance
Another major advantage of GR12 alloy is its good fatigue resistance. 2.Forging process

2.3 Cake material is based on the requirements of the process card after upsetting, and finally after heating and shaping to become the required size of cake material, and its tolerance according to the requirements of the process card.
2.4 The deformation process of ring material is that the blank is first heated and then upsetting and punching, and then heated for reaming or elongation (developed on the process).
2.5 When punching, the punch should be aligned with the centre to prevent the punch from deviation. Punching head is generally punched into the blank height of 7/10 or so is appropriate, conducive to turning the punch out of the residual material.
2.6 Reaming method: In general, the mandrel is used to ream the hole, but sometimes the punch is also used to ream the hole.
