Application
Application : chlor-alkali industrial electrolytic cells, urea synthesis towers, petrochemical reactors.
Grades:
GR1: 99.5% purity, used for heat exchanger tubes in dilute sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid environments.
Ti-0.2Pd: Palladium is added to improve resistance to crevice corrosion, used in chemical media containing chloride ions.
Chemical Equipment
Application :Desalination equipment (distillation towers, condensers), offshore platform bolts, ship propeller shafts.
Grades:
GR2: Corrosion resistant to seawater, used for seawater pipeline flanges.
GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V): Resistant to marine atmospheric corrosion, used for offshore platform fasteners.
Marine Engineering
Application :Racks, clamps, anode baskets, heat exchangers, stirring paddles, etc., in the electroplating production line.
Grades:
GR2: The best choice, high strength, more durable, not easily deformed. Also has good welding and forming properties.
GR1: Suitable for deep bending or stamping, corrosion resistance comparable to GR2, but slightly lower strength.
GR12 (titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy): Used in electroplating solutions containing strongly corrosive substances such as fluoroboric acid (HBF4), or in high-temperature, high-concentration hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid.
