Product Description
The hot-processed titanium alloy wire produced by our company is made from titanium and titanium alloy billets. The billets are descaled by centerless lathes, the dies are ground by angle grinders, and the materials are annealed in vacuum furnaces. Then, they are cold-rolled into fine wires with a diameter of 1mm to 3mm through a roll die cold rolling machine. The surface of the wires is bright and free of oxidation. Our company's processing method for this titanium alloy wire can achieve high-precision and high-efficiency titanium wire production. It can be produced continuously, eliminating the original acid and alkali washing process and reducing the multiple drawing steps, which greatly improves production efficiency and saves production costs.

Production Process
First, take titanium and titanium alloy billets with a specification of 10mm-Ф11mm, and use a centerless lathe to remove the skin, eliminating 0.8mm-1mm of the surface metal to obtain bright titanium and titanium alloy wires free of surface oxide scale. Use an angle grinder to repair the mold 1-2 times to eliminate cracks and fine seams on the titanium and titanium alloy wires. Then, place the titanium and titanium alloy wires in a vacuum furnace, evacuate the air, heat them to 750-800℃ within 1-2 hours, and hold the temperature for 2-3 hours before allowing them to cool naturally to room temperature. Take out the titanium and titanium alloy wires, and then cold roll them through a roller die cold rolling machine to a specification of 5mm-Ф6mm. Next, place the titanium and titanium alloy wires in a vacuum furnace again, evacuate the air, heat them to 750-800℃ within 1-2 hours, hold the temperature for 2-3 hours, and then allow them to cool naturally to room temperature. Finally, pass the obtained Ф5mm-Ф6mm titanium and titanium alloy wires through a roller die cold rolling machine to roll them into bright and oxide-free titanium and titanium alloy fine wires with a specification of Ф1mm-Ф3mm.
