II. Process Introduction

The production process for cold-rolled titanium coils is as follows: hot-rolled coils → hot-rolled coil welding and strip linking → annealing → acid washing → surface grinding → rolling → cleaning → vacuum annealing → flattening and straightening → finishing → packaging.

Hot-rolled coil production process: Step furnace → Four-roll mill (flat rolling) → Vertical roll, flying shear → Four-roll mill (furnace coil mode) → Laminar cooling → Coiling.
