1.Features

GR1: Compared to other metal rods, GR1 titanium rods are the softest and most ductile metal we offer. That said, GR1 has a high level of formability and corrosion resistance, as well as impact toughness.

GR2: GR2 titanium rods are known as a commercially pure 'workhorse', providing useful strength for a wide range of applications. When comparing GR2 titanium to GR1 titanium, GR2 titanium is slightly stronger and has excellent weldability, strength and ductility, ultimately making it the industry's regular choice.

2.Applications

GR1:Our titanium rods are used in a wide range of applications including chemical processing, construction and automotive parts, whilst GR1 titanium rods are also used by the medical industry for surgical implants and devices.

GR2 titanium rods can be used in similar applications to GR1 titanium rods, but are also used in power generation, hydrocarbon processing and desalination.

3.Rolling process

4. Surface polishing
