 Material Selection

    Three primary grades are available to suit specific operational requirements:

    Grade 1 (CP Titanium):Offers excellent formability, toughness, and superior corrosion resistance. Ideal for applications where forming and corrosion resistance are prioritized over ultimate strength.

    Grade 2 (CP Titanium): The most widely used grade, providing an optimal balance of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. A cost-effective choice for general structural and corrosion-resistant components.

    Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V):An alpha-beta alloy strengthened via aluminum solid solution and vanadium stabilization. It offers approximately double the strength of pure titanium while maintaining low density and excellent corrosion resistance. Its superior strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue performance make it the preferred choice for aerospace, high-stress medical implants, and advanced mechanical systems.

Manufacturing Process

    Our components are fabricated using CNC Abrasive Waterjet Cutting, an ideal cold-cutting process for titanium alloys.

No Thermal Damage:The process eliminates heat-affected zones (HAZ), phase transformations, hardening, or micro-cracking associated with laser or plasma cutting, preserving the base material's integrity.

    Low Mechanical Stress:Minimal cutting force prevents part distortion, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and stability, crucial for thin or precision profiles.

    High-Quality Cut Edge:Produces smooth, clean edges ready for assembly or with minimal secondary finishing.

    High Flexibility:CNC programming allows for accurate fabrication of complex geometries, including standard L-shapes or custom designs with intricate contours and holes.

 Surface Finishing Options

    Mechanical Polishing: For a reflective or satin finish.

    Sandblasting:Creates a uniform matte surface to improve coating adhesion.

    Anodizing:Forms a durable, colored oxide layer to enhance wear and corrosion resistance.
