Material Selection
Using high-purity titanium (Grade 1-4) or titanium alloy (such as Ti-6Al-4V), food grade certification, no risk of heavy metal precipitation.
The surface can be laminated with layers of aluminum or stainless steel (multi-layer structure) to improve thermal conductivity.

Molding process
Stamping and forming: The thin-walled pot body is stamped and formed at one time through a high-pressure die to ensure a seamless structure.
Spin molding: used for special shaped pots and pans, manually adjust the arc.
Laser welding: high-precision welding handle and pot body to avoid the pollution of traditional welding.

Surface treatment
Sandblasting oxidation: Creates a micron-level rough surface for improved non-stick properties (no chemical coating required).
Anodizing: Electrolytic coloring to produce a wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant oxide film (such as colored titanium pots).
Plasma strengthening: improve the surface hardness, up to more than 6 on the Mohs scale.

0 coating: pure titanium surface is naturally antibacterial (antibacterial rate >99%), no risk of PTFE (Teflon).
Inert material: acid and alkali resistant (pH 1-14), does not react with food, suitable for infants and sensitive people.

Thermal conductivity uniformity: multi-layer composite bottom (titanium + aluminum + titanium) solves the problem of slow thermal conductivity of pure titanium (thermal conductivity ≈ 17 W/m·K).
High temperature resistance: It can withstand sudden changes of -196°C~550°C, and is compatible with induction cooker, open flame and oven.
