Strength and plasticity are balanced and controllable: the tensile strength at room temperature is ≥ 345 MPa, the yield strength is ≥ 275 MPa, and the elongation is ≥ 20%, which not only meets the structural strength requirements of the equipment, but also has good cold and hot processing formability, and is suitable for the manufacture of complex components.

Lightweight and high strength, cost reduction and efficiency: the density is about 4.51 g/cm³, which is only 60% of steel, which can realize the lightweight design of the equipment, significantly reduce the load and overall weight of the support structure, and reduce the installation cost and energy consumption.

Excellent welding performance: compatible with conventional titanium welding processes such as TIG and MIG, and the corrosion resistance of the welded joint is basically the same as that of the base metal, which can meet the welding and manufacturing needs of complex structural parts such as large reactors, pipelines, and pressure vessels.
