The pure Gr1 titanium hexagonal bar produced by our company is made of Grade 1 pure titanium of international standa

rds (ASTM B348, GB/T 2965, etc.), with a titanium content of ≥ 99.5%, and the product form is hexagonal bar.

Hot Worked (Hot Rolled/Forged)

1. Melting: Vacuum self-consuming electric arc furnace (VAR) is used for melting to ensure high purity and low gap elements (controlled O, N, H, Fe content).

2. Forging/Rolling:

Multi-directional forging and opening of billets to refine grains and improve the uniformity of mechanical properties.

Hot-rolled hexagonal section to control dimensional tolerance and surface quality.

3. Cold Processing:

The cold drawing process improves dimensional accuracy and surface finish (up to Ra≤0.8μm).

4. Heat Treatment:

Recrystallization and annealing eliminate internal stresses and optimize plasticity and toughness matching.

5. Detection:

1. Superior Corrosion Resistance:

It has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and neutral media and seawater, and has significant resistance to pitting and stress corrosion.

2. High Specific Strength and Lightweight:

The density is only 4.51g/cm³, and the strength is comparable to that of ordinary steel, which can achieve both weight reduction and structural strength.

3. Excellent cold formability:

Gr1 titanium has excellent ductility (elongation ≥25%), which is suitable for cold heading, cold bending and other processing, and is suitable for the manufacture of fasteners and connectors.

4. Biocompatibility:

It has passed ISO 10993 biosafety testing and is suitable for medical fields such as surgical instruments and implantable instruments.
