Processing technology

Testing and quality assurance process

Metallographic Structure Inspection: Microscopic structure is observed through a microscope to evaluate the uniformity, grain size, and purity of the material.
Non-destructive testing: Ultrasonic flaw testing (UT) services can be provided to detect cracks, inclusions and other defects inside the bar.
Dimension and surface inspection: Use precision measuring tools to conduct full inspection of diameter, length, and curvature, and strictly check the surface quality.
Corrosion Performance Testing: Corrosion resistance verification data under specific media is available upon customer request.
