    1. Material selection

    GR1: Industrial pure titanium with excellent plasticity, toughness and corrosion resistance, especially suitable for environments with extremely high requirements for formability and corrosion resistance, but not extreme requirements for strength.

    Gr2: Standard industrial pure titanium with a perfect balance between strength, plasticity and corrosion resistance, it is the most widely used and comprehensive cost-effective choice for most structural and corrosion-resistant parts.

    Gr5: Adopts Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) alloy, which is an excellent representative of α-β duplex titanium alloy. Through the solution strengthening of aluminum and the stabilizing effect of vanadium on the β phase, the material achieves about twice the strength and excellent fatigue resistance compared to pure titanium while maintaining the inherent lightweight and corrosion resistance characteristics of titanium alloy. It is the material of choice in the pursuit of extremely high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, and is widely used in cutting-edge fields such as aerospace, high-performance medical implants, and precision machinery.

    2. Processing method

    This product is manufactured using the "CNC waterjet cutting" process, which is ideal for machining difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium alloys.

    Cold processing, no thermal effect: Unlike the thousands of degrees of high temperatures generated by traditional laser and plasma cutting, waterjet cutting is purely physical cold cutting. It can completely avoid the heat-affected zone, material phase transition, hardening or micro-cracking problems that titanium alloys are prone to at high temperatures, so as to retain the original excellent mechanical properties of the material.

    Small cutting force and no stress deformation: The cutting force of the water beam is much smaller than that of mechanical stamping, and the mechanical stress caused to the workpiece is minimal. This is crucial for thin-walled or precise L-shaped components, effectively preventing distortion and deformation of the part, ensuring absolute dimensional accuracy and stability.

    Excellent quality of the cutting surface: the cutting section is smooth and flat, without burrs and hanging slag, which can be directly used for subsequent assembly or only a small amount of finishing, which greatly improves production efficiency and finished product quality.

    Extremely flexible: CNC programming can easily cope with any complex drawing, whether it is a standard right-angled L-shape or a special design with special-shaped holes and curved contours, it can achieve fast and accurate processing, truly "processing according to the drawing, meticulous".

    3. Surface treatment

    Mechanical Polishing: Achieves a mirror or matte finish, enhancing aesthetics and reducing surface adhesion.

    Sandblasting: Creates a uniform matte surface, increases coating adhesion, and enhances appearance texture.

    Anodizing: It can form a dense oxide film of various colors on the surface of the component, which greatly enhances wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

    4. Core performance characteristics

    Extremely high strength-to-weight ratio: Titanium alloys have a density of only 60% of steel, but their strength is comparable or even higher, making them the material of choice for lightweight equipment.

    Excellent corrosion resistance: It has strong resistance to atmosphere, seawater, chloride ions and various chemical media, and its lifespan far exceeds that of stainless steel.

    Excellent durability and stability: Good fatigue resistance and long-term stability under alternating loads.
