I. Billet selection and surface treatment Ф10mm~Ф11mm high-quality titanium and titanium alloy billets are used to remove oxide layers and defects by centerless lathes.

II. Mold repair and heat treatment strengthening Fine mold repair through angle grinder to eliminate micro-cracks; Combined with the vacuum annealing process (750~800°C, insulation for 2~3 hours), the stress of the material is fully released, and the plasticity and microstructure uniformity are improved.

III. Roll die cold rolling precision forming adopts multi-pass control rolling technology, gradually rolling to the target size, no pickling and less process in the whole process, to achieve surface "zero oxidation" and high dimensional accuracy.
