Material Characteristics
The high-purity zirconium target implement the UNS R60702 international standard, the zirconium content is over 99.95%, the microstructure is uniform and meticulous, and it has both high strength and high temperature stability. Its outstanding characteristics include: excellent corrosion resistance: especially in high temperature and acidic environment, suitable for chemical equipment and nuclear energy industry. High melting point: the melting point is as high as 1855℃, which can withstand extreme working conditions. Low neutron absorption cross section: ensures the safety and efficiency of nuclear reaction, and is suitable for manufacturing key components of nuclear industry. Good thermal and electrical conductivity: in the electronic and vacuum coating process, the film quality is significantly improved.
